    RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm is currently teaming with a well known and growing commercial real estate owner to assist them in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to the Regional Vice President. This person will join an exciting, friendly and successful office team in the West Los Angeles area.

     

    The ideal candidate with have experience with telephone support and be the first point of contact for the Los Angeles Regional office. The will provide administrative support to the VP of the Region, in addition to supporting the following departments as needed: Property Management, Leasing, Construction Management and Engineering.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Professional, team oriented, flexible and self starting characteristics

    • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred

    • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience working in a fast paced office environment with an emphasis in having strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
