    RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing, stable and collaborative commercial real estate investment firm to assist them in hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA! 


    This Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for creating, communicating and leading marketing efforts and be the creative force of the organization. This Marketing professional will collaborate with internal executives and collaborate across all departments to drive the company brand though an overall comprehensive marketing strategy.  

    The Corporate Communications Manager is a new and exciting role that will drive the vision and strategy of implementing, managing, and designing bold marketing initiatives for a top commercial real estate firm. In partnership with the C-Level Executive team, the position will be responsible for managing branding programs and multimedia projects, and designing marketing materials. In addition, this Communications Manager will ensure that all marketing programs meet company standards and is organized in an efficient and searchable form, developing templates to be used by multiple departments and regions, and for assisting the Company’s various teams on how to access marketing content, develop marketing materials, and leverage the Company’s existing collateral. 


    The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in PR, Website, and Writing (SOQ, etc.) This individual should have hands on experience creating and implementing marketing strategies, be team oriented and customer service focused. This individual will spearhead public relations communication, be part of event planning  and will work daily with outside vendors.     Required Qualifications :

    • The ideal candidate must be creative and lead the innovation of concepts, design and the overall branding for the company.

    • 7-10 years of corporate marketing experience (ideally within Commercial Real Estate or Real Estate).

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations etc.

    • Ability to lead, create, innovate and introduce new social media platforms to the company.

    • Significant experience working with IT team to create an innovative, creative and pleasing website.

    • Prior experience overseeing all digital marketing, PR and communications

    • Must have a strong graphic eye, with the ability to create graphic content from scratch.

    • You will own the user experience and content for the corporate website ensuring it is on brand and effective in driving revenue for all channels.

    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working cross-functionally

    • Energetic, multi-tasker, organized, and detail-oriented

    • Possess a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

    • Self-starter, adaptable to a constant change in pace and environment

    • Problem solver, persistent, inventive and able to take feedback and incorporate it

    • Team player with the ability to gain buy-in and execute cross-functionally

    • Data-driven decision making with the ability to support plans and recommendations with data

    •  Commercial Real Estate/ Real Estate Industry knowledge preferred, but not required.

    • Manage the preparation of client proposals and RFP/RFQ.

    •  Must have Intermediate Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office etc.

    •  Must be able to create effective marketing strategies, corporate marketing managers must use their analytical skills to examine website data and the latest trends. They must have strong organizational skills as well so they can manage personnel and stay within their organization's or clients' budgets.

    • Must have Excellent interpersonal skills and be highly collaborative to work across all departments.
