    RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and we are currently teaming with a large commercial real estate developer to assist them in recruiting for a Coordinator, Marketing and Content Management. The company is one of the most innovative and creative commercial real estate developers in the commercial real estate industry. 

     

    This position will report into the VP of Marketing and Content Management, and will be part of a team based out of San Francisco. The Coordinator is a exciting role that will assist in the vision and strategy of implementing, managing, and designing bold marketing materials for this top commercial real estate firm. As a vital member of this team, the ideal candidate exemplifies positivity and creativity and must have solid communication skills, writing/editing capabilities, graphic design artistry, project management abilities and a collaborative, “can‐do” attitude.

     

    This individual must be passionate about design and maintaining the aesthetics of a brand, be a team player, have a strong sense of quality control, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

     

    General Duties & Responsibilities: 

    • Support production/control of in‐house marketing materials including brochures, presentation materials, website content and promotional items 

    • Conduct market research and synthesize data in a easily digestible way 

    • Coordinate with 3rd‐party creative partners, brokers, and larger company‐wide marketing team 

    • Event design and management 

    • Create, manage, and maintain corporate and property brands 

    • Maintain established content management protocols   

    • Develop creative copy for marketing campaigns 

    • Develop, manage, and maintain social media program

     

    The company offers a great base salary + bonus, 401K with a 5% match + immediate vesting, along with 15 days of vacation,10 sick days and 2 floating holidays.     Required Qualifications :

    • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, English or related discipline preferred 


    • 3‐4 years of progressive industry‐specific marketing experience 


    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office Suite 


    • Strong copy-writing, copy editing, and storytelling skills   


    • Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure and tight deadlines 


    • Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous projects 


    • Must be detail‐oriented and possess strong initiative
