    RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm that specializes in recruiting and placing top commercial real estate talent. We are teaming with a well known commercial real estate owner in the Belmont area to assist them in hiring for a Marketing Coordinator! 



    This Marketing Coordinator will a integral part of the design process for all marketing and print collateral. They will be responsible for ensuring that branding is consistent and adheres to brand guidelines. This position is for a large institutional owner, the ideal candidate must have a strong creative eye and attention to detail. This person will run the creative oversight and branding for the organization. This is a dynamic and team oriented group of professionals! 




    Responsibilities












    • Design targeted marketing materials and print collateral in accordance with established branding. 

    • Create, maintain, and update design files for marketing collateral (e.g., property-specific floor plans, leasing flyer templates, onsite leasing signs, framed property photos, vacant suite boards, investor meeting materials, etc.). 

    • Review marketing materials to ensure consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines.

    • Create floorplans on an as needed basis.

    • Ensure floorplans for vacant spaces are updated and current.

    • Provide art direction and furniture staging for specific projects and spaces. Source and price artwork options and present visual concepts for consideration. Coordinate purchase, installation, appraisal, and restoration of artworks as needed.

    • Oversee marketing-related action items for new acquisitions including the coordination of all project signage (e.g., monument, directional, building, suite, etc.).

    • Advise third parties on corporate logo usage/brand guidelines and provide direction on marketing material design and content.

    • Work with executive team members to establish a media/press release policy. Draft press releases for review/approval by Principals and publishes online.

    • Prepare and manage investor and company functions such as the annual investor meeting and annual company meeting.

    • Prepare and manage investor and prospective investor presentation materials.

    • Support in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns and manage and coordinate leasing events, broker open houses, broker road shows, and tenant gifts. Prepare event budget and overview.

    • Create ad hoc PowerPoint presentations and special marketing packages as needed.

    • Assist with various ad-hoc/special projects.

    • Coordinate, curate, and manage professional architectural photography for all properties.

    • Provide art direction for specific projects and spaces. Source and price artwork options and present visual concepts to the Leasing Director for consideration. Coordinate purchase, installation, appraisal, and restoration of artworks as needed.

    • Oversee stationery design and procure competitive estimates for printing. Review order details and project specifications for the initial press run. Coordinate printing setup for all business cards and stationery, including the review of printing proofs and ink drawdowns.

    • Assist Leasing Director with coordination with project management group of market-ready suites.

    • Inspect and photograph vacant and market ready suites as needed. Prepare vacant suite conditions reports for the Leasing Director as needed. Photograph market ready spaces before and after improvements are made and create case studies for select market-ready projects.

    Required Qualifications :


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.

    • 3+ years of marketing experience, real estate property management preferred

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS PowerPoint
