    RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm is currently teaming with a dynamic, nationally recognized commercial real estate firm to assist them in hiring a Property Accounting Coordinator in Charleston, South Carolina!


    This Property Accounting Coordinator role is a temporary to hire opportunity with a well known, stable and growing firm. This person will be working with a team of Property Accountants on a daily basis to provide administrative support. They will be responsible for issuing rent increase letters, reviewing and booking journal entries, recording and depositing receipts, completing check runs, etc.  We are looking for someone who has an accounting background but is able to learn quickly and become a asset to the team. This person should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 




    We are looking for someone with 1+ years of professional industry experience with an interest in furthering their career within commercial real estate.




    This position offers an excellent hourly rate the chance to work with a global, industry leader. Upon converting to a full time permanent role, this position would offer a excellent hourly wage and great benefits package, plus the opportunity to continue growing in a stable environment. 


    Required Qualifications :



      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).





      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.





      • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.





      • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.





      • Must have the ability to convey financial information to non-financial users.





      • Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise reports.





      • Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite.





      • Knowledge of Financial software systems.
