    Job Description :
    RealREPP LCC., is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm who is currently teaming with one of the most active commercial office owner/developers in Hollywood to assist them in hiring for a Property Coordinator. Property Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of a premiere Class A office asset in Hollywood. 

     

    This position offers a great base salary, bonus, excellent benefits and a 401K with a 5% match with immediate vesting. In addition, they offer 15 vacation days, 10 sick days and 2 floating holidays. This company is one of the most aggressively growing, but stable commercial owner/developers, and there are a lot of opportunities for growth within the organization. 
    Required Qualifications :


    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 1+ years of commercial property management experience 

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Must be a team player and have the ability to wear many different hats and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
