    RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm is currently teaming with a dynamic, nationally recognized commercial real estate firm to assist them in hiring a Real Estate Services Coordinator in Tulsa, OK


     


    This is an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally and globally known real estate organization. This Real Estate Services Coordinator will be the first point of contact for tenants. They will provided assistance to a Property Management team overseeing a large commercial real estate portfolio.We are looking for someone who has polished and professional communication and the ability to multitask! 


     


    The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a high attention to detail. This is an urgent temporary need, and the ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible. This assignment will last through November.


     


    This position offers an excellent hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a friendly and collaborative environment on premier assets.




    Required Qualifications :


    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.

    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

    • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

    • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
