    Job Description :
    RealREPP is teaming with a stable, team oriented and fun commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring for a Property Manager in Pleasanton. This PM will oversee a premier Class A office portfolio totaling over 1 MSF. This Property Manager will be part of a 5 person team overseeing the day-to-day operations for this exciting portfolio.

This Property Manager will focus as the primarily tenant contact, provide industry leading, best in class customer service, tenant improvement oversight and enjoy interfacing with all of the departments, vendors as well as the tenants. 

     

    This is a forward facing role with the company. They are also looking for someone to have a strong accounting/financial background to assist the team and provide coverage/assistance to the other Property Manager.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelors Degree. 

    • Designations - highly preferred.

    • California Real Estate License - highly preferred. 

    • Experience in Yardi, MRI or Angus - preferred. 

    • Ability to work in a collaborative/team oriented culture. 

    • Prior experience working on Class A assets.

    • Ability to provide best in class customer service to tenants. 

    • Prior experience coordinating TI and construction projects. 

    • 6+ years of experience
