    RealREPP, is currently teaming with a stable, entrepreneurial and growing commercial real estate owner/developer to assist in hiring a Manager, Real Estate Operations. The firm owns, operates significant open air power retail mall centers throughout the United States. 


    This opportunity if for an ambitious, self-starter who is eager to learn directly from the COO and lead on-site initiatives for the national retail real estate portfolio. 

    The Manager, Real Estate Operations will lead and manage the timely planning and implementation of multiple maintenance projects for properties across the United States. The successful candidate should enjoy travelling and have the flexibility to travel frequently to the six portfolio properties (estimated travel will fluctuate from 80-95%, 3 East Coast, Portland, Dallas regions).

    The Manager, Real Estate Operations will collaborate and work directly with on-site property managers to assess and prioritize maintenance needs, schedule and hire contractors, and keep track of all repairs and renovation projects. The Manager, Real Estate Operations will be responsible for selecting and overseeing vendors/contractors, ensuring job compliance, performance and completion. The manager will serve as the primary liaison between the property crew and executive management, and will be responsible for coordinating multiple teams from various disciplines to ensure they meet deadlines and work as one cohesive team.

    • Ability to travel on short notice. Expected close to 80-95% of the time. Based out of office in Phoenix, AZ.

    • Maintenance experience, or interested to learn, preferably the commercial/retail real estate industry

    • Proven organizational and maintenance management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

    • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines

    • Solutions-oriented, can think fast on their feet while remaining cool under pressure

    • Self-directed and work independently toward objectives with a sense of urgency

    • Strong time management skills and the ability to assess and manage priorities

    • Positive, can-do attitude and highly adaptable with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

    • Flexible and willing to respond to emerging needs and last-minute changes

    • Approach job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty and integrity

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
