    Job Description :

    RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a growing commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in recruiting for a Tenant Service Coordinator. This coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of an office asset in Denver.  This position can be either a direct hire placement or a temporary to hire placement (if unemployed) and offers room for growth within the commercial property management industry. 


    We are looking for a strong administrative professionals who has 1-3 years of experience in a real estate or corporate/professional work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. This position will be interacting with tenants, vendors and other staff members and be the first impression to the office. This administrator must not only have excellent administrative skills, but have the drive and passion to grow within the commercial property management industry. 



    • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business, and contact the appropriate staff member

    • Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times

    • Answer and transfer telephone calls

    • Post, prepare, sort and deliver daily mail for staff

    • Maintain responsibility for the overall appearance of the office, conference room, and storage room and kitchen area

    • Maintain and order supplies for copy machine, postage machine, fax machine, computer/printer and miscellaneous supplies as needed Manage service requests through Info Centre as the first point of contact

    • Dispatch calls to appropriate Building personnel and work with engineers and vendors to follow up

    • Assist Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with maintaining audit files

    • Coordinate construction activities (i.e. schedule freight, weekend/after hours access, security, special access)

    • Maintain the weekend/after hours building access program for all tenants and vendors

    • Maintain contact database and emergency contact list

    • Oversee off site document storage

    • File contracts, leases and correspondence for vendor and tenant files

    • Schedule move ins/outs for tenants

    • Acts as the Engineering Admin handling all administrative duties related to Angus, including any phoned in tenant service requests.

    • Responsible for the Compliance

    • Assists with processing invoices in Avid, tenant chargeback invoicing

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

    • Minimum 1-3 years in corporate, professional setting preferred

    • Must have a pleasant and clear voice.

    • Must have the ability to multi-task and handle interruptions calmly and politely.

    • Experience in commercial real estate preferred.

    • Must be proficient with word processing & spreadsheet software (Word and Excel).

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow 

    This position will offer a great hourly rate and then once hired on, the position will offer a hourly rate, plus overtime and excellent bonus potential, great benefits and 401K with a match.
