    Job Description :

    RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate firm and is currently teaming with a well known commercial real estate investment, management company in Irvine to assist them in hiring for an Transaction Coordinator. 



    This Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for:



    • Scheduling to include: weekly checklist calls with internal team members, legal or other vendors; schedule meetings such as appraisal inspections, cap grid calls, and 3rd party consultant property visits coordinated with seller, buyer tours, appraisal and lender tours, lender inspections. 

    • Coordinating third party reports (title, ALTA, ESA, PCA, seismic, zoning) and facilitate closing processes (estoppels and SNDA’s) with lenders and brokers.

    • Organizing due diligence materials and assisting in review, abstract, execution of all documents, including loan or purchase and sale agreements, amendments or other related closing documents.

    • Coordinating Swap/cap purchase requirements and obtain corresponding LEI #s.

    • Updating routinely weekly dispositions and finance tracker activity (pre-market, active and post-close), track investment books and update.

    • Updating Pivotal lender information and signature blocks.

    • Coordinating and managing various legal documents.

    • Interfacing with internal departments (acquisitions, property management, construction, finance, accounting, asset management) and external legal counsel to coordinate matters surrounding the transaction.

    Required Qualifications :



    • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field strongly preferred

    • Highly desired, minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably in Due-Diligence

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and aptitude for learning various other programs.

    • Familiarity with and understanding of (and ability to review and abstract) standard real estate documents strongly preferred.

    • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines.
